Our winery’s hallmark has been an unwavering commitment to quality from our beginnings.

With passion, patience, and balance, we become recognizable by our premium sparkling wines.

We were one of the first to introduce cryomaceration technology that enhances the wines with strong floral and fruity bouquets.

 

Our story
Griffin Zero
sparking wine
This sparkling wine is produced by classic methodology with no added liqueur or sugars leaving it crispy dry. Compley and creamy. The basis is the Chardonnay variety but the flavors that prevail are caramel. Butter and vanilla from oak barrels
Griffin brut
sparkling wine
This sparkling wine was the first sparkling wine in Croatia given the premium sparkling Wine Certification. The Muller-Thurgau variety known for its floral and fruity aromas combined with its lively nature gives it a distinct apple green yellowish color dominated by apple, citrus, and flowers. Its elegance is obvious.
Griffin Rose

Made from the Portugizer variety known for its fruity scents and slight tannins from popular young autumn wine. The aromatics of raspberry, cherry, and strawberry linger. Its rich pink color and refreshing elegance make it ideal for hot summer days and nights.
Griffin Dark Side
This premium sparkling wine awakens your imagination with its dense rich foam and dark color from the Portugizer variety. It has a very expressive fruity bouquet with aromas of raspberries and cherries. It holds ripe tannins which compliment the fruit flavors ad makes this one a top-quality and original sparkling red wine.

Griffin Chardonnay
Sur lie
This Chardonnay is undeniably unique. Aged in oak barrels for a year on the Lees enables production without the addition of sulfites. The aging on Lees process gives this wine a strong and full body that last while retaining the fresh and fruity nature of the variety.
Griffin Single vineyard
This wine is composed of the full-bodied freshness of the Chardonnay and the fruitiness of the Muller-Thurgau variety. The location of these vineyards allows a southern exposure above the fog line and allows a maximum of sunshine hours, which requires a special care for a single vineyard label
Griffin Sauvignon blanc
Sauvignon from the highest vineyard on Plešivica. 400 +m above sea level. Fermented and aged for 6 months on its own lees, giving it full body and an extremely complex character. Dry and fresh, full of floral and fruity aromas and vegetative and herbal character, which, together with the harmonius minerality, addresses the wine audience who expect diversity and complexity from this variety.
Griffin Dark Side

The Portugizer variety is aged in oak barrels for six months, which is paradoxical for a variety that is usually drunk as a young autumn wine. This is where the name comes from, the Dark Side of Portugizer. Its marked fruitiness and freshness are enhanced by oak tannins that give it a very fine elegance.
Ambassador Griffin
The Griffin family’s newest member, a fresh, fruity, and completely dry rosé was created with reflection on hot summer days on the Adriatic coast.

Chardonnay Sur lie
