Label written by nature
Coral Griffin sparkling wines have aged on their yeast for over two years at twenty meters at the bottom of the Adriatic Sea. Corals, algae, shells, and other living marine life have unimaginably printed labels in this unique terroir. Depths, without UV light, carried by sea currents, which gave the wine even better maturation characteristics.

Two years at the sea bottom
We placed a select number of bottles of Griffin Zero, Dark Side and Rose sparkling wines, as well as Chardonnay sur lie and Dark Side barrique wines, in an underwater wine cellar. There they matured for over two years under the influence of currents, pressure and marine life.
